After registering for an account, kindly allow up to 24 hours for verification and activation. If you require an account urgently for an invited tender, please send us the Deal Reference number and registered Email Address to [email protected]
Once your account has been activated, you would need to verify your email address. To do so, look out for the email titled, “TenderBoard Registration: Your account is ready” and follow the guide below:
1. Verify Your Email Address
Please click on the link, “Verify Account and Login” in the email to verify your email address and login.
If you have not received the email, kindly check your spam or junk folders, or reach out to us if you do not see it in your inbox.
2. Enter Your Details on the TenderBoard Verification Page
Once you have clicked on the link “Verify Account and Login”, you will be redirected to the verification page below for you to enter your password and designation (your designated role in your company).
Do note that you are required to enter the password which you entered when you first registered your account. If you need to reset your password, please find our detailed guide to resetting your password here
3. Continue with the verification process
Once you have entered your information, click on "Verify My Account" for access into the platform. If you had reset your password, you will be directed to continue with the verification process once you have done so.
