Access denied could be due to invalid credentials.
1. Could you try clearing your cookies and cache. Also, the platform works best on Google chrome. Try clicking on the triple bar on the upper right of chrome, select settings, then click on history followed by clear browsing data. You could start off with just deleting the cookies and see if that fixes the issue.
2. OR another thing they can try is to ensure they are logged out, then click on the email link to access the page.
