For deals that you have been invited to, but unable to participate in, you may click on the "decline to bid" button (on the top-right hand corner of the RFQ listing page, next to submit and ask buttons).

Yes you can still submit a proposal or quotation after declining to bid.
Why do I need to decline to bid?
When you decline to bid, the system will stop sending you any corrigendum, clarifications or purchase amendment email updates so we do not flood your inbox regarding deals you are interested in.
