There could be a couple of reasons why you’re not seeing the deal’s information or documents.
- Open Tender hosted on a different site - If it is an open tender from a different platform, website or newspaper, we provide you with as much information as possible, and the link to the original site. On the top right of the deal page, click on “Link to Original Site” and follow their instructions to retrieving information or submitting your proposal. If it’s a tender notice on the newspaper, the button will say “View Ad”, which will show you a screenshot of the tender notice.
- “You’re not authorised to view this page” error - This happens when you’re viewing a page your current account tier doesn’t have access to. To gain access, you could consider upgrading your account (subscription prices)
