With the new security feature on TenderBoard, users will need to reset their passwords every 90 days. This is done automatically so when you first login, the system will take you directly to the Password page
Once you've reset the password, a confirmation will appear before taking you back to the Deals Page
What if you have forgotten your current password?
If you've forgotten your current password, you can also reset the password by clicking on "Forgot your password" in our Login page. Follow these steps:
Step 1: First, you will need to log out of your account
Step 2: Click on "Login" in TenderBoard's Homepage
Step 3: Click on "Forgot your password" and enter your email address in the box
Step 4: Once you've requested for a new password, a link will be sent to your email address that would allow you to reset your password and access your account.
