Each TenderBoard account has a unique User ID and Email Address that is used to access your account, together with your password.


To transfer ownership of your TenderBoard account, you will need to update your Account Settings.

How to Access Your Account Settings

Click on the Person Icon

Select My Account

Update Your Email Address

Select Change Email

Type in your new email address and your password, then click "Change Email"

Update Your Password

Select Change Password

Type in your Current Password in the top field, and your New Password in the bottom 2 fields.

Be sure you meet the Password Criteria before selecting Change Password.

Password Criteria

Password must be at least 8 characters in length.

Password must contain at least one uppercase character.

Password must contain at least one punctuation (not whitespace or an alphanumeric) character.

Password must contain at least one digit.

Update Your User ID

Your User ID is fixed and cannot be changed through your Account Settings. If you need to update this, reach out to us at support@TenderBoard.biz
