To subscribe or upgrade your Supplier account on TenderBoard, you may do so through your subscription settings in your account. A step-by-step guide is provided below to request for a change in your subscription tier.

1. Select your Account Tier Banner

From the dropdown list that appears, select "Change Subscription Tier"

2. Fill in your information

Select your preferred tier and fill in the required information. Once you have completed the form, select "Request Change"

3. A confirmation email and invoice will be sent to you

Kindly allow up to 24 hours for the system to process your account change. Once it has been processed, a subscription confirmation email and invoice will be sent to you.
