The purchase requisition process is initiated when a company needs to make a purchase. 

Generally, the buyer will submit a purchase request (PR) for a specific good or service and once the PR is approved, a purchase order (PO) is sent to the selected supplier to be fulfilled.


Follow these steps when creating a new PR:


1. Log into your buyer account

Click on LOG IN


2. It brings you to My Buylist page

3. If you are not at the page, click on the tab DEALS

4. Click on My Buylist

5. Click on NEW PURCHASE REQUEST

6. Select the correct department on the popup window

7. Select the workflow you wish to create

8. Click on CREATE

9. It brings you to this page Create a New Purchase
