TenderBoard does an automatic calculation on taxes based on tax rate. Occasionally, there is a difference in the amount calculated and the actual invoice, usually due to rounding differences. To update tax, you may use TenderBoard's tax adjustment functionality


Your organisation must have the tax adjustment functionality enabled in order for the function to be used. If it is not available, you may contact your Buyer Admin.


Tax adjustment can only be done when you are processing an invoice.


1. On the approval page, click on 'View Details' next to Total Tax. This will bring up the Tax Details pop-up



2. Click on the Pencil icon to adjust the tax for that line item.


3. Click on Update Tax. The updated value will be saved into the system.
