After completing your Purchase Request form, it is time to inform existing suppliers or identify new suppliers to submit quotations for your purchase. TenderBoard's invitation function allows you to send a notification to supplier(s) and allow them to submit their quotations directly via the TenderBoard system.
Tenderboard presents 5 ways to invite suppliers to quote:
- Invite a Supplier You Know
- Select from my Supplier list
- Select Suppliers From A Curated List
- Let TenderBoard Do The Work
- I Have An Existing Quotation
Invite a Supplier You Know
1. Click on INVITE SUPPLIERS after filling up the Purchase Request form
Invite A Supplier You Know
Using this function will allow you to add a supplier whom you know and wish to invite to submit their offer on TenderBoard.
2. Click on Invite A Supplier You Know
3. A new window will pop out requesting for the details of the Vendor to be invited
4. If the name of the vendor has been listed, select it from the dropdown list
5. Otherwise, type out the name of the company and click on Create company
6. Continue to fill the rest of the fields
7. After filling in the field, click on ADD
8. It brings you to page Invite Suppliers to Participate
9. Ensure that your desired supplier is listed under Supplier Contact Details
10. To remove the supplier or make edits, click on the 3 dots
11. Select your option
